Free Standard Shipping for all Australian orders $50+

Standard Shipping via Australia post (2-5 business days) – $10.00 AUD

Express Shipping via Australia post (1-2 business days) - $15.00 AUD

International shipping via Australia Post (minimum 2 weeks) - $20.00 AUD

Once received, all orders are shipped within 2 business days. We do not take any responsibility for customs and import taxes charged by other countries.

Returns

Products must be returned in the same un-used condition it was received in. Lightbody Health offers a 14 day return policy from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and we advise to opt for tracking. Missing/undelivered returns will not be refunded. Refunds are made to the purchasing card (minus any shipping fees). To start a return, you can contact us at lightbodyhealth@outlook.com for further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please include a note requesting return for refund with your order number, full name and email used to place the order.  

Damages/Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if there are any faults or if you received the wrong item so we can correct it.
